The Village of Dobromirka is located in central Bulgaria, in a valley between Sevlievo and Veliko Tarnovo in the Municipality of Sevlievo, District of Gabrovo.
It is 12 miles from the Town of Sevlievo, 13 miles from the Town of Pavlikeni, 14 miles from the Town of Suhindol, 16 miles from the Town of Dryanovo, 20 miles from the City of Veliko Tarnovo, 22 miles from the Town of Gabrovo. The village is located approximately 120 miles to the capital City of Sofia and 157 miles to the City of Varna.
The population of the Village of Dobromirka is around 600 residents. There is a Village Hall, a post office, a primary school, an active community centre “Penyo Penev” with a library and a children’s folklore group, a couple of food shops (you can also buy fresh produce from local farmers), and a pub. There are traces of a Roman road in the vicinity of the Village of Dobromirka. Dobromirka is an old settlement that existed before the fall of Bulgaria under Ottoman rule. It is mentioned in Ottoman documents from the mid-15th century.
