Dolna Lipnitsa is a village in North-Central Bulgaria. It is located in the Municipality of Pavlikeni, District of Veliko Tarnovo.

The village is located 11 miles away from the Municipal center – Town of Pavlikeni, 10 miles away from the Town of Polski Trambesh, 22 miles away from the Town of Levski, and 26 miles from the City of Veliko Tarnovo.

The population of the village is about 640 people.
